Experience the benefits of the sauna and cold plunge at Fieldcraft HQ in Provo, UT
Resilience is a muscle that can be built day after day, but only if you stretch it!
Contrast therapy through temperature extremes via sauna and cold plunge is an excellent way to challenge yourself while gaining mental and physical health benefits.
Cold plunges and saunas are particularly trendy, with people like Dr. Andrew Huberman praising their benefits.
However, both have been a protocol among many cultures over time, including Nordic and Scandinavian people, Koreans, Egyptians and Greeks, among others.
For thousands of years, people have reaped the benefits of this practice.
We also encourage a focus on breathwork to amplify the benefits of recovery and wellness. The quality of your breath determines the quality of your life—breathe better, live better.
Master your breath, and you’ll master your energy—it’s the foundation of both calm and control.
YES. YOU MUST wear appropriate swimwear or workout clothing that can get wet for the duration of your visit.
We recommend starting with a 1-3 minute soak in the cold plunge, focusing on controlling your breathing, followed by 15-30 minutes in the sauna (or until you're dripping with sweat). You can repeat this process multiple times if you'd like.
Not at all! As long as you're mindful of your own tolerances and other participants using the facilities, feel free to use just the sauna, cold plunge, or any combination of both.
Temperatures in the sauna vary, but we aim to keep it between 175°-195° Farenheit (83°-94° C).
HOW COLD DOES IT GET?
We have two cold plunges, one is kept between 40-45° Fahrenheit while the other is kept between 50-55° Fahrenheit.
